Program Overview

The doctoral program entitled “Language, Variation and Development” is part of the country's strategic and priority vision to promote the development of the Amazigh language, which is recognized as a national and official language. This institutional recognition underlines the importance of its development in all its diversity, and its integration into all aspects of socio-professional life. Quality training in this field is therefore crucial, not only to preserve and enrich the Amazigh language, but also to meet the growing needs of society, in harmony with contemporary technological and digital advances.

The program emphasizes theoretical, epistemological and methodological knowledge, particularly in linguistic analysis, and proposes multidisciplinary research in the Amazigh field - theoretical, practical, methodological, historical and cultural - reinforced by scientific and practical tools in the analysis and understanding of different Amazigh dialects.
