Program Overview

Teaching Language : Training at Oran Graduate School of Economics is provided mainly in French and English.

Curriculum Highlights

Core Courses

The program is designed to provide a managerial perspective on how to use data to improve organizational structure. It will cover topics such as foundational principles and key concepts, data analysis techniques, data visualization, and reporting. The program will also address issues related to governance standards and data compliance/validity, as these are essential aspects of using data in decision-making.

Advanced Topics

To support doctoral candidates in preparing their dissertation, thematic seminars, doctoral conferences, research and IT training sessions are organized annually. Information modules on research and academic careers in economics are also offered. Finally, doctoral students are encouraged to participate—either as attendees or speakers—in various seminars, roundtables, and conferences organized by the doctoral schools. Throughout their thesis years, candidates regularly meet with the Doctoral Training Coordinator to discuss the progress of their research and any scientific difficulties they may encounter.

Admissions Information

Doctoral training is open to candidates who, in addition to holding a bachelor's degree, possess a master's degree, a State Engineer diploma, a diploma certifying completion of a five-year program from a Higher Normal School, a magister degree, or foreign degrees recognized as equivalent in the field of economics.
