Program Overview

The LGC (General and Comparative Literature) specialty promotes relationships with anthropology, sociology, psychology, cinematography, etc. It thus brings a renewal of literary studies and an opening to other spaces and other identities. From this perspective, comparative approaches, in literature, mobilize the student who, capable of identifying the constituent elements and cultural, linguistic orientations, will have to select, adopt, adapt efficient resources to approach, analyze, treat the situation in which he is involved, which he appropriates and on which he will have to cast the critical eye which accompanies analytical perception: comparative, justificatory, argumentative behavior... "Posing" his Identity in the face of Otherness in intercommunication.
